Assist Card, the travelers insurance, had to deliver some unfortunate news: since that day on, their service wouldn't be included in credit card plans anymore. No more 'free' coverage. But still the best.
"Tranqui" ("Chill") is an honest TVC campaign, using humor to soften the impact of delivering unfavorable news. The key message is that despite the change, they can still enjoy the most adventurous aspects of their vacations with the best protection, now available at a 50% discount.
The campaign includes YouTube capsules for two specific products: "Children Free" and "24/7 Online Customer Service"
The campaign did great results in tv and ended up airing in Buenos Aires cinemas.
